Everfor Resources PLC is a London-based company

AIM-listed (AIM:EVE) development and production company seeking opportunities in the mineral, base metal, precious metal and hydrocarbon related industries within the countries of the Former Soviet Union.
The Company was formed in June 2008 after Directors of Everfor Diamonds plc took the decision to relinquish its licence agreements and cease diamond exploration activities at its four licence areas within the Kola Peninsula, Russia.
During an EGM held in London on 30 June 2008, shareholders approved the change of Company name to Everfor Resources plc. In addition, it was agreed that with effect from 1 July 2008 the Company’s share capital will be consolidated so that every 20 of the allotted ordinary shares of 1p each are consolidated into one new ordinary share of 1p each and 19 deferred shares. The deferred shared do not carry voting rights and will not be quoted or traded on any stock exchange. The ordinary shares of 1p each have continued to trade on AIM and the total number of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company in issue is 4,942,715.
